Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to foster a market-minded, census-driven culture within your facility. You will build and maintain positive relationships in the community and surrounding areas while working to control our brand image. Your goal is to promote the facilitys services effectively to maintain an acceptable census, meet census goals, and ensure profitability through active planning and execution of your marketing plan. You may assist in the sales process with our inside sales teams. Job Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the facility and other health care providers. Promote the facilitys services to health care providers. Develop and implement a marketing plan within the marketing budget to support desired census levels. Conduct tours of the facility and field incoming inquiry calls. Be flexible with hours of work depending on the need for after-hours and weekends. Keep abreast of economic conditions and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued quality care. Interact effectively with discharge planners and gather appropriate resident information. Analyze information to determine if the facility can adequately care for the resident. Input all inquiries and referral partners into the CRM system.
