While this role does not own the overall brand strategy, it plays a vital part in driving its expression. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to ensure creative is culturally relevant, resonant, and effective across our key audiencesEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of creative strategies that align with brand goals, business objectives, and audience needsManage the creative process from concept to delivery across a wide range of media, including digital, social, print, video, and in-storeChampion and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer and internal touchpointsDrive high-impact direct response creative across digital, print, and broadcast channels, ensuring work is performance-focused, actionable, and aligned with marketing objectivesTranslate business needs and marketing strategies into compelling creative briefs and integrated campaign ideasCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - including marketing, product, and sales leadership to ensure creative solutions meet strategic goalsReview and approve creative assets, providing thoughtful, actionable feedback to uphold high standards of quality and brand alignmentLead and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountabilityPartner with copywriters, producers, and other internal team members to develop and refine creative conceptsManage creative budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brandOversee creative development for retail and omnichannel campaigns, including store signage and in-store assetsGuide the end-to-end video and commercial creative process, from concept through post-production, ensuring storytelling and production quality meet brand standardsStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations - bring fresh thinking to the teamIntegrate ned tools, including AI where applicable, to improve workflows and enhance creativitySupport strategic thinking and storytelling for regulated industries or complex subjects, transforming them into clear and resonant creative contentBuild and nurture cross-functional relationships to support company-wide creative initiativesFoster a culture of ongoing learning and development, providing training and mentorship opportunitiesQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or Creative Director positionBilingual fluency in Spanish and English required, with the ability to develop and review creative content in both languagesProven experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, out-of-home, and direct mail5+ years managing and developing high-performing creative teamsStrong portfolio demonstrated conceptual thinking, brand development, and campaign executionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design toolsExperience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, healthcare, finance, tech) is preferredStrong project management skills; comfortable leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
