The Opportunity Tanganyika Wildlife Park is looking for a bold and strategic
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
to lead the charge in aligning and elevating all revenue-generating departments. This is more than a leadership role-it's a chance to shape the future of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization that's redefining what a wildlife experience can be.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll align and energize all revenue-generating departments to create unforgettable guest experiences and sustainable growth. From bold strategy to daily hustle, you'll shape the roadmap that fuels our mission and keeps the magic going strong.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our executive team to dream big, act fast, and lead smart-turning vision into reality and revenue into impact. A key part of your mission will be taking Tanganyika's unique brand national, expanding our footprint and sharing our groundbreaking approach to conservation and guest experience with wildlife lovers across the country.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a fast-growing wildlife park. The CRO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Tanganyika, expanding our reach, elevating the guest experience, and increasing impact through strategic revenue generation.
What You'll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across all departments. Lead, coach, and inspire teams in sales and marketing. Monitor performance through KPIs and analytics to continuously identify and act on opportunities for growth Collaborate cross-functionally with Guest Engagement and Animal Care to ensure alignment between guest experience and revenue goals Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize guest acquisition and retention Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community relationships to expand visibility and income opportunities Create and manage budgets for revenue departments with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency Identify and lead innovation in products, services, and experiences What You'll Bring
7+ years experience in Marketing and Sales A strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue and leading high-performing teams A data-savvy leader who makes decisions based on metrics and guest behavior trends Someone with experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, or membership-based organizations A strong collaborator who thrives on building cross-functional partnerships A passionate professional who believes in Tanganyika's mission and wants to make an impact through innovation and entrepreneurship Someone who enjoys community involvement and networking to promote brand awareness and develop new revenue streams Someone energized by turning big ideas into action-and seeing them come to life What We Offer
