Were not looking for a dev who just pushes pixels and ships themes. Were after technically sharp, performance-obsessed
Shopify Developers
who know that every line of code either increases conversions or costs us money. You should know how to make Liquid sing, but also when to tell a designer that wont work on mobile. Youll be building lightning-fast Shopify stores and landing pages that dont just look good they convert hard. This isnt just a build whats scoped role. Its a strategic seat on the performance team. Youll be the engine behind launches, the fixer of bugs before they bite, and the person who can turn CRO ideas into real revenue results. Were a no-bullsh*t, remote-first agency working with fast-scaling ecom brands across the US, UK, AU, and CA. We reward outcomes, not hours and we ship sites that perform better than the competition. Part-time Fully remote with flexible hours Reports to our CTO (Andrej) Works closely with PMs, Designers, and Copywriters No direct client comms we let your work speak

Our creative + performance model means your builds are part of something bigger performance marketing that actually works. What Youll Do
Build custom, pixel-perfect Shopify themes from Figma files or from scratch Implement CRO changes directly into code (not just plugin installs) QA for bugs, UX snags, and page speed issues Integrate tracking tools (GA, Meta Pixel, etc.) and Shopify apps. Balance speed with code quality no spaghetti builds allowed Shopify + Liquid proficiency (custom theme builds, not just Dawn edits) App installation and optimization experience Tracking & data integrity across analytics tools (GTM, GA, Meta Pixel) Strong understanding of CRO principles (above-the-fold, CTA placement, UX flows)
Required Experience
2+ years building and optimizing Shopify stores Experience improving CVR, load speed, and add-to-cart rates. Familiarity with performance metrics and dev-side impact Bonus: background in CRO, ecomm marketing, or UI/UX
