Job Type: Permanent / Contract (Depends on Project Needs or C2H)

Position Type: Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees must have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during standard business hours (6am-10pm IST) or (6pm-6am IST). Occasional overtime may be necessary (unpaid).

Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

Technical/Functional Skills

Deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand and supply side.

Blend of Digital Commerce, Marketing and Customer Support.

Digital Commerce Experience B2B / B2T / B2C Commerce, e.g., Marketplaces and Direct to Consumer Models.

Channel Integration.

Merchandising, Order Management and Fulfillment.

Understanding / Working knowledge of E-commerce.

Technologies, Tools and Platforms.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategize and Identify Digital and Customer.

Strategies for Omni Channel Commerce Initiatives.

Recommend and Manage Integration of Customer.

Facing Functions across Channels: Store.

Technologies, Loyalty, Call Center, Content and Digital.

Marketing Operations with E-commerce.

Operationalize Omni Channel Strategies and Conduct Pilots where Appropriate.

Personal Attributes

Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities

Independent thinker

Process Aptitude Tests, Technical Tests, Interviews, Medical Health Checkup.
