Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical teams to create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation across multiple projects and platforms.
• Review and enhance technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation.
• Develop and maintain style guides and documentation standards.
• Create and edit supporting graphics and visual elements to enhance technical communications.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines while maintaining version control.
• Support proposal development and customer-facing communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or editing
• Experience with documentation tools and content management systems
• Experience creating and editing technical documentation
• Strong command of English grammar, style, and technical writing conventions
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, English, Journalism, History, or Communications field

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation

Salary: The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
