The Designer is responsible to manage communications with clients, create effective digital projects, and complete each project efficiently and flexibly.**Manage Communications**Effectively communicate via email and phone with other departments concerning project information, approval, deadlines, etc. Ensure that all project requirements are noted, communicated, and met.**Create Digital Products**Design and produce creative projects for a wide variety of digital media needs, including email, websites, social media posts, presentations, graphic images, photo processing, editing, and digital event signage.**Manage Time**Maintain a constant workflow of projects to keep up with the high volume of work on a daily basis. Prioritize projects efficiently and maintain flexibility to move from one project to the next.**Complete Projects**Perform tasks quickly and efficiently to assist with project completion. Work with varied deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time.FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-Exempt)**Education**College Degree: Graphic Design (Required), MA: Graphic Design**Work Experience**1+ years in design, 1+ years of design internship**Physical Requirements and Skills**Adobe Creative Cloud, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Creative Production, Customer Service, Design, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Operating Office Equipment, Teamwork, Website Design*Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
