Sales Executive - LoopNet Digital Advertising - Tallahassee

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will partner with property owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies, showcase portfolios online, and build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships. You will leverage CoStar Group’s industry knowledge to prospect, analyze trends, and perform product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan
- Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, valuable communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals
- Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and could exceed driving radius of office location
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, required
- A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising/marketing solutions
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
- Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics
- Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company
- Self-starter who can work within a team and independently
