Responsibilities

• Ensure leadership style creates a productive, motivated, informed, inspired, engaged, and goal-oriented team to achieve operational goals.
• Manage and resolve resident issues or disturbances that require immediate attention at the property, including safety concerns or emergencies. For urgent matters, guide residents to the Director of Resident Experience (DORE) team for resolution.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
• Drive property performance using Apartment Snapshot to evaluate KPI categories and implement improvements as needed.
• Monitor the property spaces to ensure quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and property management software, preferably YARDI.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational and delegation/problem-solving abilities.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation required.
• Wonderlic pre-employment assessment may be required if minimum qualifications are met during resume screening.
