Adobe seeks a Content Strategist and Activation Operations Manager to join our Thought Leadership Team within Enterprise Marketing. This role supports the design and coordination of innovative, audience-first content—such as research, executive talking points, blogs, reports, and campaign kits—ensuring assets work cohesively across channels to engage priority audiences and drive business goals. The candidate will partner closely with demand marketing, PR and executive communications, web, creative, events, and regional teams to deliver on strategy and plans. This role will also have opportunities to excel in activation operations and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy and development: Support the development of content strategy for Adobe’s enterprise thought leadership program, including persona-based narratives aligned to defined customer journeys.
  • Use data and insights to refine content and draft creative briefs that synthesize industry trends, expert input, and research into insightful, audience-centric stories.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and subject matter experts to ensure strategic alignment, accuracy, tone, and visual impact.
  • Co-lead large-scale research projects with third-party vendors that can be developed into global research outputs (reports, data visualizations, articles, executive presentations, etc.).
  • Content Management, Measurement, and Operations: Prepare content for amplification following established metadata, taxonomy, and version control standards to ensure easy discovery and reuse across the enterprise.
  • Enable the broader marketing ecosystem to understand our strategy, available content, and usage through collaboration meetings.
  • Maintain and update content in supply chain tools, and contribute to regular updates for leadership.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics and share optimization insights with team members.
  • Influence the documentation of content intake workflows specific to Thought Leadership cycles.
  • Maintain collaboration spaces (for example, SharePoint, field readiness platforms, content trackers) to ensure teams have organized, accessible resources, and audit regularly for accuracy, relevance, and usability.
  • Program Strategy: Support campaign and channel managers to recommend content alignment and assist with activation in relevant paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with web program managers, writers, and designers to ensure all content created is optimized for discoverability and engagement on business.adobe.com.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Content Strategy or related experience
  • B2B marketing experience desired
  • Experience with enterprise-scale, multi-channel content planning and execution
  • Experience marketing customer experience/martech software
  • Experience working with senior leadership is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with Workfront
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,200 -- $203,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
