Program Manager, Digital Creative Operations at Aquent. Base pay range: $36.00/hr.

Our client, a major beauty company in NYC, is looking for a Program Manager, Digital Creative Operations to lead digital programs in conjunction with Online, Global Product Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams. S/he is a natural leader and problem solver who manages every detail of a project, from creative development through to the program details: timeline, scope and resources. Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations Digital/Social, this individual is responsible for facilitating and maintaining project workflow and communication between Creative, Marketing, and Online teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concepting and development of monthly editorial and commercial programs in partnership with the Digital Design, copy and content production teams.
  • Manage day to day relationship with cross functional teams to understand digital pipeline of projects and online platform functionality.
  • Manage each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the approval of concepts, layouts and final creative.
  • Keep projects on track through streamlined planning and task management on Wrike. Responsible for issuing status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Allocate resources weekly and, in coordination with other project managers, prioritize projects.
  • Manage BobbiBrownCosmetics.com content updates and feature releases with Online Team.
  • Manage highly complex technical deliveries ensuring foresight on delivery issues and creating mitigation plans with Online Team.
  • Set up and lead meetings, and effectively present creative work.
  • Manage internal creative review meetings with senior creative leadership by organizing agenda, topics, and meeting notes.
  • Communicate project issues and resolutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Support Digital & Social Director on any Adhoc needs across both Digital & Social teams.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 year’s experience in project management for an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience working on digital creative, with exposure to web development and product management
  • Prior experience working on social creative, with exposure to social content creation
  • Strong partner to creative and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive and positive approach, presents solutions and strives to solve problems
  • Comfortable presenting creative work and running high level meetings
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Point person for internal or external clients
  • Natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Loves solving problems and managing conflicts
  • Deep understanding of project management, work flow and infrastructure
  • Experience using Workfront, Asana, Trello, Wrike, MS Project or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks, and report on program status
