Responsibilities

• Oversee lifestyle creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, with operation-related work experience; experience in lifestyle business preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills with empathy; familiarity with operation methodologies of creators and KOL.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and package influential events.
• Clear logic, strong execution, data analysis ability, self-drive, and ability to work under pressure.

• Experience working as part of a global or international team is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68,640 - $101,334 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off (holidays, sick days, and personal time).
