Fashion PM (Merchant Support) Job at Insight Global in Bentonville

Overview

Insight Global's client is seeking a detail-oriented project manager with experience tracking and navigating merchant support tools, data, and workflows. This role will build strong relationships by working directly with teams, answering questions, and proactively spotting issues before they escalate. The project manager will support existing documentation and suggest improvements where needed. Responsibilities include crafting clear, complete support tickets to streamline resolution. The project manager will track trends, test fixes, and present feedback to help improve tools, processes, and the overall support experience within the Fashion team.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with pre-season planning, forecasting, P&L experience, specifically in areas of retail, Fashion highly preferred
• Advanced experience within Excel
• Ability to manage ticket issue resolution and escalation routing with proficiency
• Experience presenting to cross-collaborative teams - Data science or data analytic experience
• Experience with AI Agents, precise AI Prompting
