Operations Associate - Fresno Fashion Fair

Job summary: The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: assist customers, provide product knowledge, answer questions, and support a fast-paced selling floor.
• Execute pricing and signing: adjust ticket prices and signage across the store accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish and restock: monitor stock levels and pull/prepare merchandise to the floor to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise: work with teammates to unload trucks and prepare backroom merchandise.
• Backroom standards: maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel: contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy: implement leadership-provided plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards.
• Participate in a learning environment: absorb new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and processes.

Qualifications

• Work experience: 1-2 years retail experience.
• Schedule: early morning shift; part-time role.

Pay Range USD $16.50/Hr - USD $20.63/Hr.
