Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Our client, a Fashion Brand, is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to elevate their social presence and deepen community engagement across key platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, community building, fashion, and data-driven strategy.

Full Time/Direct Hire

Onsite 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and new emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop polished, on-brand content that resonates with the audience.
  • Build a loyal and engaged community through influencer and ambassador partnerships.
  • Analyze social media data and cultural trends to inform strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage social media calendars, content scheduling, and day-to-day channel operations.
  • Create compelling copy and oversee content creation ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Provide live social coverage at events including pop-ups and campaign launches.
  • Use analytics tools like Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, Google Analytics, Later, and Sprout Social to optimize performance.
  • Engage with followers to foster community loyalty and manage brand conversations.
  • Stay ahead of trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media in fashion, retail, or e-commerce with a track record of growing engagement.
  • Strong visual and editorial skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
  • Expertise in social platforms and analytics tools including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Later, Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Based in Los Angeles with availability for in-office work.
