Fuze House is an Infrared Heated Mat Pilates & Sculpt Studio with locations in Miami and New York City. Our spaces are meticulously designed to offer a welcoming spa-like experience for our clients. Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience
• Based in or around New York City
• Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed (early mornings, evenings and weekends)
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• An affinity and passion for fitness

Responsibilities

• Oversee Instructors and Studio Leads included but not limited to scheduling, training and hiring
• Manage events and partnerships in studio
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
• Enforce Fuze House policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
• Expected hours: 40 per week
