Job Description

Contribute to the development of specific Feature Descriptions for the IPedge and VIPedge IP-PBX project including a general description, feature operation, configuration and programming information, interactions with other features, and resource requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of specific Feature Descriptions for the IPedge and VIPedge IP-PBX project including a general description, feature operation, configuration and programming information, interactions with other features, and resource requirements.
• Assist in the development of Installation Manual, Help Files, and User Guides of the IPedge and VIPedge IP-PBX projects.
• The documentation will be developed by interacting with the system, observing demonstrations, interviewing development and QA engineers, and reviewing available engineering specs.

Documentation and Tools

• Documentation is written in FrameMaker.
• Some diagrams and charts are drawn using Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft Office will be helpful.
