Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Medical Writer to join our talent pool. In this flexible, project-based role, you\u2019ll support a variety of writing assignments—ranging from peer-reviewed journal manuscripts and abstracts to grant proposals, regulatory submissions, conference posters, and medical education content.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and synthesize scientific data into well-structured, polished documents
• Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and consistency with applicable guidelines (e.g., ICMJE, GPP, CONSORT)
• Collaborate with internal editors and project leads to refine outputs
• Incorporate feedback efficiently to meet client expectations and deadlines

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in medical writing (freelance or agency/industry)
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or related field
• Proven publication record, including peer‑reviewed articles or regulatory submissions (please cite examples in your application)
• Familiarity with key therapeutic areas such as [specify] (optional)
• Strong scientific literacy, impeccable research and referencing skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
