What You Will Do:
- Deliver engaging and supportive music lessons to students across various ages and skill levels.
- Foster positive relationships with students and their parents through consistent communication, personalized goal-setting, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with store staff to effectively schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
- Utilize your musical knowledge and skills to inspire students and promote their growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, ideally with proficiency in multiple instruments (such as guitar, piano, violin, and more).
