The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community.
We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities.
We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense.
Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

SPA has a
near term need
for a
Graphics Specialist .
Responsibilities
Lead the development, editing, and management of technical documents, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, audience-focused content that aligns with project goals and Government standards.
Review, revise, and optimize content for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency across all deliverables.
Manage multiple content projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and effective resource coordination.
Work independently on solo assignments, demonstrating initiative and delivering high-quality results with minimal oversight.
Create and/or coordinate graphics and layouts to visually convey complex information; support large-format printing and display materials.
Provide event photography support, including retirements, promotions, and official functions, and maintain photo archives.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain TS/SCI and ability to sit for and pass a Polygraph
13+ years of relevant experience in content development, writing, and editing
Strong proficiency in content management systems and content-related software
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Proven experience managing multiple content project with successful, timely delivery under tight deadlines
Intelligence Community (IC) experience
Reports to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
Desired Qualifications:
NRO experience
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools, such as Adobe suite
Strong presentation skills (oral and written) for senior government managers
