Were looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to bring a brands visual identity to life through engaging, high-quality animations across marketing, product, and digital platforms. This is a hands-on creative role with real impactyour work will define how the brand moves and communicates through motion.
As part of a fast-paced, design-led team, youll transform creative concepts into compelling motion graphics that elevate storytelling and enhance user experience. From product explainers and campaign assets to animated brand elements, youll deliver work thats visually refined, technically sound, and strategically aligned. Youll collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure all motion work is consistent, expressive, and unmistakably on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphicslogos, icons, typography, transitions, and visualsfor product explainers, marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Create polished 2D animations that reflect the brands visual language.
- Bring static designs and illustrations to life with dynamic, platform-ready animations.
- Collaborate with Executive Creative Directors, designers, marketers, and brand stakeholders to align motion assets with overarching visual strategy.
- Contribute to ideation and creative development for campaigns, videos, and branded content.
- Support light video editing, sequencing, and audio syncing as needed to enhance animated content.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive motion system that aligns with brand guidelines and scales across content types.
- Optimize animations for performance across web, social, and mobile platforms.
- Deliver final animation files and working assets prepared for publishing or handoff.
- Build and support scalable motion templates, animation systems, and internal toolkits.
- Stay informed on motion design trends, animation tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design or animation, ideally within a creative agency or in-house brand environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloudespecially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to integrate motion into branded presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and animate brand-consistent assets such as logos, icons, and transitions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation work across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and animation best practices.
- Comfortable receiving and executing creative direction from senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, brand, content, and marketing.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering visually cohesive, high-quality work.
