ProSidian seeks a Public Engagement & Communications Manager | Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations for program support on an Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.
Seeking Public Engagement & Communications Manager candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations Functional Area Professional - Utilities Enterprise Performance Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Utilities Enterprise Performance (Public Engagement & Communications Manager) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County generally located in CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (of country/world).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Public Engagement & Communications Manager | Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations
- Manage public outreach strategies and stakeholder communication for utility projects.
- Coordinate public meetings, media relations, and community feedback processes.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with County goals and transparency requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Qualifications For Public Engagement & Communications Manager | Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations Candidates:
- Bachelor's in Communications, Public Relations, or Public Administration.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in public engagement or strategic communications for infrastructure or public sector.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Event planning, writing, media liaison, social media, stakeholder mapping.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Public speaking, messaging alignment, community awareness, inclusivity.
