Overview
This role will be a key partner to our Transportation Electrification colleagues, promoting customer charging options and experiences programs and services such as Electric Avenues, the Companys presence at the Annual Auto Show, EV Ride and Drive events, and the EV Cost and Savings Calculator.
The role will primarily focus on marketing Transportation Electrification programs, with a business and residential focus and will be program-specific. Regular interaction with the hiring manager and regular meetings with program partners and marketing team members are expected. The top priority in the initial stage will be onboarding and immersion into their respective programs and partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop overall strategy for and manage and improve a portfolio of highly visible customer programs/services to meet Companys awareness/enrollments performance goals.
- Lead initiatives to execute innovative, creative, and cost-effective marketing and promotion plans aligned to other programs to meet strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare impactful and innovative collateral/communications for assigned marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate Companys presence at trade shows and key industry events.
- Maintain advertising rotation in trade publications as necessary.
- Identify new channel distribution opportunities.
- Serve as department subject matter expert for developments and trends in the industry as well as assigned business segment(s)/programs/services, share information with internal stakeholders, work with employees on other teams to identify customer needs and evaluate potential product enhancements or extensions, and analyze complex data from multiple sources to map initiatives to the organizations strategic goals.
- Design and implement complex or cross-functional customer service processes and procedures that ensure high-quality customer experience; contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing materials, messaging, and systems.
- Plan customer-facing marketing events, collaborating with outside organizations when appropriate; establish overall objectives, plan agendas, select venues, invite attendees, plan speakers and activities, and hire appropriate vendors.
- Manage product promotion budgets, review revenue and expenses, determine best uses of company resources, track product performance, analyze promotion/channel effectiveness, document findings, and implement changes for future efforts; coordinate internal and external operating departments to deliver marketing initiatives and ensure goals are met.
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders; work with vendors and internal partners to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for additional marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, accounting, economics, marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Marketing certification is a plus but not required.
