- A Monday-Friday job from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, balancing in-office work and field sales visits.
- First-year earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000 including commissions, based on experience and sales performance.

Education and Experience:
- A current and valid Driver's License is required.
- A College Degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in Outdoor Advertising sales is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

A Day in the Life:
Regularly, you will:
- Meet and exceed sales targets while monitoring your personal sales data and reports.
- Engage with businesses in your assigned area, visiting both existing Lamar clients and potential clients.
- Gain insights into local and national competitors.
- Cluster accounts to enhance efficiency in your approach.
- Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts.
- Utilize Lamar's computer tools for prospecting, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and conducting research.
- Develop your presentation skills using technological tools and regularly present to clients.
- Enhance your product knowledge and selling skills.
- Actively participate in sales and regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
- Handle administrative tasks such as:
- Maintaining structured sales plans.
- Following up on client production orders and troubleshooting any issues.
- Keeping organized and current records of clients and sales activity.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- This position combines office work with fieldwork, involving sales calls and account servicing.
- Physical demands include light lifting, visual acuity for reading and color distinction, as well as standing and walking.
- Nights away from home for travel are minimal, under 10%.
