What You'll Do:
- Deliver engaging music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Build constructive relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress assessments.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
- Utilize your musical talents to motivate students and encourage their development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in music instruction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Memberships in professional teaching organizations or certifications.
- 8+ years of experience teaching various instruments, including but not limited to: banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice.
