Event Photographer For Foam Facility Grand Opening

Job Type: Contract

Event Date: October 14, 2025 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (3 Hours)

Compensation Range: $50 - 100 per hour

We are seeking a professional and experienced event photographer to capture our foam facility grand opening in Russellville, Arkansas. This is a significant corporate event that will be attended by high-profile guests, including state and local officials, key customers, and company leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to capture key moments and candid shots in a corporate event setting. Experience with corporate grand openings, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and capturing portraits and group photos with high-level executives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph the foam facility grand opening event from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Capture key moments, including speeches, ribbon-cutting, and interactions between attendees.
• Take high-quality photos of state and local officials, company leadership, and key customers.
• Provide an estimated quote for photography services, including post-production and delivery.
