General Function: As the Brand Marketing Manager of Community, this position will be responsible for strategy for all Costa communities, including Fishing, Surfing, Diving, Sailing, etc. You are Costa's face of authenticity to all of our internal and external partners. This position works closely with Sports Marketing, PR, Event Marketing and Media teams to make sure "Community" is first in everything we do, and that in their specific efforts to drive Costa's strong presence in local communities throughout the marketplace. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining relationships in all aspects of our current and future communities while equally focused on helping us explore new extensions for the Brand to truly "own the water." This role must provide leadership through meaningful industry relationships and partnerships. You will be responsible for leading all brand and community activations while interacting with the Social Media, Product, Account Marketing, Ecomm, PR, and sales teams on the front line. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Develop winning consumer-centric strategies within our target communities Lead Go-To-Market milestones, bringing Costa's heritage, innovation, and stories to life for consumers, customers and internal stakeholders. Partner with Sales & Account Marketing to create activations that connect and impactful training programs that elevate product knowledge and selling skills among their staff. Create excitement around Costa through engaging consumer experiences, content that connects, Work closely with Brand Marketing, Account Marketing, and Sales to develop winning sales strategies and achieve regional goals. Utilize industry and market knowledge to gather valuable customer feedback. Track projects, initiatives and activations that ladder into our Brand Health goals Oversee Brand Marketing Budget, Internal Communications and Training to build a winning culture Drive strategy for Costa Initiatives, Partnerships, and Community Partnerships. Partner to create authentic and inspiring content that resonates with our core customer and engages new. Managing interactions to provide high-quality service, support the organization, and foster teamwork and mutual respect. Prioritizing effectively, being efficient, and managing a range of tasks and activities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding and passion for the outdoor consumer goods industry Established connections in conservation and/or sustainability Proven ability to build strong business partnerships Self-starter with the ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization Organized, professional, composed, and approachable Forward-thinking with a growth mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Marketing or Business Administration degree preferred Ethical Acumen Ability to build trust, exemplify integrity and accountability while having access to highly confidential information.
