The Senior Manager of Customer Shopper Marketing serves as a strategic bridge between national brand initiatives and localized customer marketing execution across Shaw’s residential flooring portfolio. Operating within the Southern Region, this role partners with sales leaders and top-tier clients, particularly independent flooring dealers, to tailor and activate co-marketing plans that drive sales, elevate brand presence, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. The position focuses on digital marketing, ROI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to translate national strategies into impactful regional programs, manage budgets and co-op funds, and optimize customer engagement across builder, retail, and home center segments. The ideal candidate has B2B2C shopper marketing and customer co-marketing experience, along with strong digital campaign creation and measurement. This position will work from the southern region in the field (TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, TN, SC). The preferred location is in the GA area, but other cities in the region may be considered if within an hour of a major international airport. Responsibilities
Works with independent retail and local builder partners to create best-in-class consumer experiences in-store and online, while driving sales and increasing brand desirability. Responsible for executing the strategy across all Shaw brands and customer groups (i.e., Shaw Flooring Network and other buy groups). Main KPI is to establish and deliver the brand’s financial targets within the geography. Deliver consistent brand experiences to key independent retail customers and their consumers through strategic co-marketing plans, sell-in plans, advertising, marketing and promotional assets, digital marketing, and online content that support sales goals and align with Shaw brand strategies and annual plans. Develop and execute specific customer annual co-marketing plans and supporting creative, including detailed budgets aligned with Sales and advertising plans focused on digital marketing tactics and timing with retailers and Shaw plans. Deploy promotional plans from Shaw National Brand strategies and from buy group/Shaw Flooring Network teams. Measure and evaluate ROI through sales and promotion effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, reporting results by customer quarterly with emphasis on ROAS for digital media. Manage and track annual marketing spend and effectiveness of spend by customer. Manage co-op/BDF funds with customers to ensure effective use. Continuously optimize the online consumer experience through trade partner websites, including website content management, online product demo strategies, retailer website ratings/reviews management, and digital co-marketing campaigns. Establish regular cadence of meetings with key customers’ marketing departments to plan, measure, and continuously improve. Fully support marketing needs for key product launches across brands by leveraging Brand content and collaborating with Sales, Digital and Training teams to ensure robust launches at each customer. Travel within the United States is required, primarily within the geography and to headquarters (Dalton, GA). Preferably located in the region; options may be considered near a major airport with direct flights. This role reports to the VP, Customer Marketing. Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field and 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer/channel/trade marketing, sales, or related areas. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills. Strong budget management and analytical skills. Action-oriented and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing content and platforms and their measurement. Preferred
Experience working directly with Sales and customers to create and execute marketing plans, especially with independent retailers. Experience in the home renovation space with retail or manufacturing backgrounds. Competencies
