About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic SVP of Media Insights to elevate our analytics prowess. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a diverse team dedicated to transforming data into actionable strategies that drive outstanding media outcomes. You will unify teams across the agency to bolster thought leadership, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment in our goals.
In collaboration with the EVP, clients, and agency leaders, you will guarantee data accuracy, establish consistent reporting, and identify innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. As a leader in analytics innovation, you will focus on media measurement, converting challenges into strategic opportunities while representing the forefront of industry advancements.
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in advertising media measurement, ad/mar technology, and addressable identity solutions. Your expertise in people-based marketing, brand research, and measurement across varied media channels will be crucial.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong quantitative background
Experience with data visualization
A proven track record in developing analytics capabilities
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
At least 11 years in relevant media or analytics experience
Excellent communication skills
A knack for building and leading innovative teams
