As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help plan and execute
on-site marketing campaigns , promote awareness for impactful causes, and engage with the public at
community events, retail activations , and pop-up booths. ✅ Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of
live promotional events Represent
brands or nonprofit partners
in a professional and engaging manner Interact with event attendees,
answer questions , and
distribute marketing materials Help manage displays, signage, and branded materials at each event Collect attendee feedback and track engagement data Collaborate with the event marketing team to achieve campaign goals Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for
motivated team players
with strong communication skills and a desire to grow. You’ll be a great fit if you: Are
outgoing , friendly, and confident speaking to new people Thrive in
fast-paced , public-facing environments Are organized, adaptable, and eager to learn Are passionate about
marketing, events, or nonprofit work Are 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Experience in
customer service, retail, events, or hospitality
