Responsibilities

Execute product roadmap for internal and customer-facing applications and 3rd party integrations. Partner with IT, channel marketing, operations, 3rd party vendors to ensure thoughtful planning and execution of projects and enhancements. Write SQL queries to extract data to troubleshoot issues and discover actionable insights. Support integrations with EMR/ERP systems using HL7 (e.g., ADT, ORM, DFT), EDI (e.g., 850, 810), and APIs. Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprints. Prioritize work items with stakeholders based on return on investment and benefits. Support UAT, technical enablement, training materials, communications and Hypercare. Partner with legal, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet regulatory standards. Qualifications

3 - 5 years of SQL programming experience for data retrieval, analysis and updates, with good working knowledge of table joins, aggregate, and grouping functions preferred. Technical fluency and understanding of HL7 (e.g., ADT, ORM, DFT), EDI (e.g., 850, 810), API integrations preferred. 2+ years of experience in product management experience, with a strong understanding of ownership responsibilities from discovery to delivery preferred. Strong familiarity with JIRA and analytics tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to product decisions. Experience in supply chain distribution is preferred. What is expected of you and others at this level
