We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the owner with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through in-person networking, promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities: • Relationship Building - Attend office, industry, and networking events to build relationships with collaborators. • On-Site Brand Representation- Serving as the face of the brand at events. This involves engaging directly with consumers and collaborators, answering questions, and creating a positive, personal connection. • Create marketing materials - Including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand. • Customer Engagement- Engaging directly with potential and existing customers to educate them about products or services and answer questions. • Market Research- Collecting feedback, insights, and data from customers and prospects to inform marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
