We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers, which helps our business succeed. About the Role Were looking for a highly creative and skilled Textile Designer
to join our team in the heart of DTLA. In this role, youll bring original concepts to life for apparel and textile products blending creativity with technical expertise. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales, while staying ahead of trends and maintaining our high standards of quality. What you will do ? Design original textile prints and patterns using both traditional and digital tools. Translate design trends into innovative textile concepts that align with our brand. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and timelines. Ensure all designs are technically sound, production-ready, and meet quality expectations. Conduct market research and trend analysis to inspire future designs. Develop sketches, swatches, and digital presentations for internal and client review. Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Keep accurate records of design processes, including samples and files. What you will bring ? Bachelors degree in Fashion/Textile Design or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in textile design, especially with stretch fabrics, leather, vinyl, lace, denim, power mesh, and more. Strong portfolio showcasing textile work, especially in Adobe Illustrator. Solid experience with patternmaking and grading in various apparel categories including lingerie, eveningwear, outerwear, and accessories. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel. Skilled in both hand-drawn and digital techniques. Familiarity with sewing and industrial machines: single needle, cover stitch, serger, merrow, and buttonholer. A keen eye for color, texture, and trend forecasting. Strong understanding of material development and trims. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset. What we offer ?
