About the Job:
The Manager of Product Marketing - Innovation is crucial in crafting Taco Bell’s future food narrative by developing exciting, culture-driven product innovations. You will collaborate with various teams to create and launch products that resonate with our fans and ensure that Taco Bell remains at the forefront of cultural conversations. If you're a strategic, creative, and analytical thinker who inspires teams and executes with excellence, this role is for you! The Day-to-Day: Lead Pipeline Development to uncover new category opportunities and drive business growth. Oversee a series of test launches and national rollouts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Analyze competitive food trends and leverage consumer insights to innovate our menu. Work closely with departments such as Consumer Insights, Food Innovation, and Operations to validate new concepts. Partner with Brand and Creative teams to develop innovative promotional strategies. Set pipeline-specific objectives based on business and marketing strategies. Provide mentorship and guidance to Direct Reports. Is This You? BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in CPG or QSR/Restaurant industries. 2+ years in a managerial role. Proven track record in leadership, project management, and marketing KPI development. Collaborative, positive attitude with a passion for food and customer experience. Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Flexible work schedule including every Friday as a flex day.
