The Proposal Team Content Manager at Forvis Mazars is responsible for creating impactful, persuasive, and high-quality content for proposals. This position reports to the Proposal Team Senior Manager and supports the firm in maintaining and building on the knowledge base of proposal content. The successful candidate is an exceptional writer and content strategist with a knack for breaking down complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives. Working closely with key stakeholders across the firm, this individual will play a critical role in working with the National Proposal team and client service teams to create persuasive proposal client deliverables that helps drive growth Description & Requirements

How You Will Contribute
Strategic approach to proposal content to improve win rates
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two proposal content writers
Define, optimize, and own the structure of our proposal content in QorusDocs
Drive the adoption of generative AI capabilities to increase efficiency and speed of proposal development
Become proficient in QorusDocs: Learn the platform's features, capabilities, and best practices to effectively manage and optimize its use across the team
Develop, update, and manage reusable templates and content assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in document generation
Provide onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to internal users to ensure successful adoption and usage of QorusDocs
Actively gather feedback, monitor usage, and identify opportunities to enhance the content library and user experience
Develop processes for sector, service line and general firm content updates and proactively seek out, identify, & develop compelling, timely content
Collaborate with SMEs to create persuasive prose that effectively promote emerging capabilities and services
Ensure responses follow risk, brand style & tone guidelines
Verify that responses address key client hot buttons & win themes
Write or review additional RFP response documents & attachments including RFP cover letters & executive summaries
Harvest content & graphics, as appropriate, from strategic pursuits
Advocate for firm cultural norms & commitment to providing an Unmatched Client Experience .
