Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to build intuitive interfaces for forensic and investigative applications. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enable analysts and investigators to effectively interact with complex data analysis and visualization tools. The ideal candidate is an expert in design principles and methodologies, with a proven ability to conduct user research, create high-fidelity mockups, and ensure designs are responsive and 508 compliant.
Senior UI/UX Designer Job Duties:
Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for complex data analysis and visualization tools.
Work with development teams to build mock-ups of intuitive interfaces.
Ensure a consistent look and feel across case management development teams.
Review user experience feedback and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain style guides and design systems.
Implement responsive designs based on current best practices.
Ensure 508 compliance for all user interfaces.
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and data services.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop user flows and journey maps to optimize the user experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying and be able to pass a polygraph examination.
Experience Requirements: Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX design. Candidates must have experience with the SAFe Agile framework, a strong understanding of forensic and investigative application requirements, and demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise applications. A portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX design work is required.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Desired Skills / Qualifications: Expert-level proficiency with advanced UI/UX design principles and methodologies, design systems creation, user testing and research techniques, and information architecture. Experience with Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, data visualization design, and SAFe Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Status: Full time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
