The Landscape Architecture team is responsible for landscape architecture including hardscape, grading, planting, irrigation and water features; research, studies, illustrations, imagery boards and colored renderings; and the integration of architecture, structural elements, lighting, graphics and utilities for the area development of an individual facility/attraction, land, or theme park project. You will report into the Landscape Architecture Studio Executive. What You Will Do
Provide design documentation in the form of graphic illustration, imagery boards, color renderings, and research and documentation on assigned projects Develop varied landscape architectural project work at all stages of assigned projects from concept, feasibility or schematic design through the preparation of construction documentation Prepare specific results including, but not limited to: base sheets, hardscape, planting designs, visual intrusion studies, material schedules, etc. Responsible for area development design and analysis for large or highly complex projects at the land level, or such projects that require advanced technical specialty, e.g. site planning, grading, irrigation, horticulture, arboriculture, etc. Establish quality assurance and organization of design packages; guide and monitor landscape design team’s work efforts Required Qualifications & Skills
12 or more years experience in landscape architecture/design A minimum of five years leading a team of architects and designers in the production of contract documents for construction Shown strength in CADD and digital illustration tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp Solid skills in 3D AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Land F/X Detailed knowledge and experience in the selection and use of plant and hardscape materials and products for thematic applications Solid understanding of Excel, Word and CADD, plus digital design tools such as Adobe Suite, 3D design software and BIM Preferred Qualifications
Membership in one or more professional organizations such as American Society of Landscape Architects, Urban Land Institute, Construction Specifications Institute, U.S. Green Building Council, International Society of Arboriculture, or Green Roof Association is desirable Education

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
