The Role Unlock Health is seeking a passionate and results-driven VP, Client Partner to join our integrated marketing client experience team. This individual will lead a complex book of client business where deliverables include brand strategy, creative development & production, media planning & buying, analytics, digital transformation & consultancy, and website maintenance/redesigns. This leader plays a vital role in managing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, executing engagements flawlessly, mentoring internal team members, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of account management principles, our clients' business needs, and experience leading integrated marketing strategies & campaigns. What You'll Do

Accountable for managing 6-8 client accounts, varying in size and complexity Lead and mentor 2-5 account team members Own client relationships, ensuring goals are met and revenue targets are achieved Engage in high-level client interactions, strategic planning, and account growth strategies Represent Unlock's capabilities and services effectively to clients Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, Web Dev, and Mar Tech teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies Work with project management to ensure cohesive delivery within resources and budgets Identify and address potential issues or barriers impacting work or client relationships Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution Maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements Support new business opportunities with RFP responses and pitch presentations Travel for internal and client meetings as needed Ideal Qualifications

10+ years in account management or client services 4+ years leading account service teams in a matrixed organization Experience developing and executing omnichannel campaigns Healthcare or Behavioral Health industry experience is a plus Digital transformation or website development experience is a plus Strong client presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to deliver results and exceed expectations Expectations
