About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary GenAI Marketing Strategy Vice President to spearhead the next phase of innovation in marketing. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of marketing by leveraging the power of Generative AI and driving transformation across product, data, technology, and AI teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the strategic agenda for GenAI adoption in marketing, developing and overseeing an integrated roadmap, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a GenAI transformation roadmap, defining strategic objectives for initiatives, and championing the use of AI to enhance marketing workflows, content creation, personalization, and audience engagement.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in martech, product, or AI-driven marketing transformation, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Deep expertise in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities is essential, as is a proven track record in leading transformation roadmaps and cross-functional teams. The role requires the ability to influence, drive collaboration, and engage with senior leadership, as well as experience in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive, self-starting approach are also necessary. A background in consulting and experience in change management and user adoption at scale are preferred, with an MBA or equivalent being a plus.
