To support our rapid growth and plans to expand globally, we’re looking for a Digital Advertising Engineerwho will work alongside our development team in our Denver office to create, manage and execute complex projects and processes to meet our business needs. This role requires innovation , strategic problem solving skills and the ability to collaborate as well as work individually. We are looking for an individual who has the skillset to fill in gaps that require more expertise within our development team and can quickly pivot into a different direction to align with the changing needs of the business. This is an in person role for our office at 1401 17th St Denver, CO.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies tailored for lead generation objectives.
Conduct audience research and build segmentation strategies (demographics, interests, lookalike audiences, custom intent, remarketing).
Configure conversion tracking and event measurement across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
Google Ads: Manage Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns; optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, location targeting
Meta Ads: Manage image and video campaigns, measure performance of different UGC ad copy
Perform A/B and multivariate testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs
Apply automation and scripts where possible (Google Ads Scripts, automated rules in Meta, API-level optimizations)
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency
Reduce wasted ad spend by refining negative keywords, excluding underperforming placements, and eliminating audience overlaps
The ideal candidate should have:
Deep experience with the Google and Meta Ads Platforms
Experience with advertising platform automation (preferably python or PHP experience)
Strong knowledge of CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other performance marketing metrics
Proficiency with tracking & attribution tools: Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and multi-touch attribution models
Competence in analytics & reporting platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong data-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance and make actionable recommendations
Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
Proven track record of reducing wasted spend and improving ROI through targeting and bidding strategies
