Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives and Communication KPMG US is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives and Communications to join our Sourcing and Procurement organization. Partner with leadership to craft and deliver high-impact communication materials, including executive presentations, newsletters, training content, and strategic messaging Collaborate with the SSP/TPRM leadership, communications, and project teams to create internal strategic communications plans for projects and programs Coordinate with the organizational communications team on internal communications and external communications (suppliers, external-facing web pages) focusing on clear, concise, and consistent messaging / branding across all channels Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives Design and execute integrated communication and training campaigns to promote compliance, engagement, and best practices across the sourcing and third-party risk lifecycle Develop and implement a strategy to ensure all internal and external content is reviewed, organized, and refreshed on a periodic basis Qualifications Minimum eight years of recent and related change communication work experience, ideally supporting a Category Management, Sourcing or Procurement function Bachelor's degree or higher in a business and/or related discipline(s) from an accredited college or university required Solid experience in copywriting and editing Proven experience working for a large company driving enterprise change management communications by leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools Exceptional communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and leadership skills, executive presence and understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay and third-party risk processes preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT or CPT) KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
