We're looking for a strategic communicator and marketing professional with a background in government or intelligence community support to drive key initiatives in communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical-business alignment. Responsibilities Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language. Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives. Develop and execute communication strategies for diverse audiences including executives and external partners. Create high-quality content including white papers, executive summaries, presentations, and reports. Develop communications for agency leadership, the White House, and Congress. Support executive-level memorandums, talking points, and briefings on facilities, personnel, and IT services. Manage onboarding and offboarding communication processes. Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to capture and align business and technical requirements. Identify and manage communication tools and channels for effective information exchange. Conduct market analysis to inform strategy and maintain industry alignment. Requirements Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related field, preferably within government or intelligence community settings. Strong capability to translate technical concepts into business language. Demonstrated skill in communication strategy development and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in developing executive-level content (e.g., white papers, briefings). Ability to align business requirements with technical outcomes. Proficiency with communication tools and information dissemination platforms. Experience in market analysis and strategic alignment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Active TS/SCI security clearance with additional security considerations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior leadership in government or intelligence community environments. Familiarity with CIO services, IT architectures, and agency-level strategic planning. Previous work involving communications to Congress or the White House.
