Ready to orchestrate seamless digital experiences for a leading entertainment innovator? As a Product Producer partnering with Aquent, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how people connect with entertainment. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive strategic planning and execution of projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction from concept to launch.
This role is part of a dynamic Product and Design studio at the forefront of the entertainment industry.
What You’ll Do
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, set milestones, and adapt to evolving needs.
Track progress, communicate updates, and proactively address scope changes.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demos and executive reviews.
Identify key stakeholders and ensure their effective involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate product deliverables for go-to-market activities, ensuring a smooth launch.
Champion the implementation of studio processes, driving efficiency and consistency.
Plan and lead engaging workshop sessions, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in a tech environment focused on media or digital entertainment products.
Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations. Experience with operations for Product teams is a plus.
Strategic intuition to foster cross-functional synergies and develop connections across products.
Deep understanding of entertainment products and digital services, including the interplay between hardware, software, and services.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and navigate complex situations with diplomacy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Objective problem-solving approach and exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience working on digital services within a creative, fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
