This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex radio systems projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and operational goals. You will coordinate with multiple teams, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress to ensure successful outcomes. This position provides exposure to government contracts and advanced wireless communications technologies, including land mobile radio, cellular radio, and microwave systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
· Oversee all project activities using structured planning, monitoring, and controlling processes.
· Coordinate project resources, assign responsibilities, and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion.
· Track, summarize, and report project progress to stakeholders.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
· Ensure projects adhere to government contract requirements and internal management plans.
· Facilitate communication across technical teams, contractors, and management to resolve issues and risks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· PMP certification.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with project management tools, reporting systems, and structured project processes.
· Experience with government contracts, work breakdown structures, management/business plans, and program reporting.
· Familiarity with land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or other wireless communications technologies.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
