Unanet SME (Configurations & Analytics Studio) Job at One Federal Solution in Al

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Unanet Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Unaet system configurations and Analytics Studio to support ongoing project setups, system enhancements, and data-driven reporting initiatives. The SME will serve as the primary advisor and technical lead for Unanet-related activities, ensuring optimal system performance, accurate configurations, and actionable insights for project teams and leadership.

Unanet SME Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in Unanet system configuration, customization, and optimization to support organizational project requirements.
• Configure project, timekeeping, expense, billing, and financial modules to align with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics within Unanet Analytics Studio to provide actionable insights for leadership and project managers.
• Partner with finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure Unanet functionality meets evolving organizational and contractual needs.
• Support ongoing project setup and system configuration requests, ensuring accurate data capture and compliance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues, propose solutions, and implement enhancements to improve usability and reporting capabilities.
• Provide SME-level guidance, training, and mentoring to internal users, ensuring broad adoption of Unanet features and best practices.
• Serve as liaison with Unanet support and vendor resources to address escalated issues and apply system updates.

Unanet SME Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Unanet SME with hands-on expertise in system configuration and Analytics Studio.
• Strong understanding of Unanet's project management, timekeeping, expense, billing, and financial modules.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into Unanet configurations and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in designing dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics within Analytics Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead troubleshooting efforts across functional areas.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Unanet SME Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government contracting or professional services organizations.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in federal contracting environments.
• Knowledge of integrations between Unanet and other enterprise tools (HRIS, accounting, ERP, etc.).

Clearance Level:

• Not required; ability to obtain may be preferred depending on client engagement.
