This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, creative direction, and content operations, helping shape how AWS tells its story to enterprise customers worldwide. As a Senior Content Strategy Manager within the AWS Content Studio, you'll play a crucial role in transforming complex technical narratives into compelling, scalable content strategies. Key job responsibilities Partner with Product Marketing (PMM) and Integrated Marketing (IMM) teams to translate campaign narratives into modular content strategies that scale across segments, industries, and funnel stages Drive the development of content frameworks that enable efficient asset creation and maximize reusability across channels and audiences Lead strategic planning for content programs that align with Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) and support broader marketing objectives Collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent quality and messaging across all content deliverables Guide the transformation of "hero" assets into modular components that can be repurposed and personalized across different channels Develop measurement frameworks to track content performance and drive continuous optimization About The Team The Marketing Content Studio lives within the Integrated Demand Center (IDC). The IDC is responsible for designing and delivering globally scalable demand campaigns that reflect AWSs top business priorities. The Demand Center sets campaign strategy, develops and localizes core content, executes across owned and paid media channels, manages the customer journey, and tracks performance through an analytics and measurement function. The Content Studio develops content for the Campaigns and supports broader AWS Marketing content needs. The studio houses video, copywriting, UX, and design teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market.
