Technical Recruiter at Prairie Consulting Services UX Designer (Design Systems) – Hybrid | Contract | Direct Client We’re hiring a UX Designer with Design System experience to join one of our direct clients on a contract basis . This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week onsite , offering a chance to work with a large, highly collaborative design team focused on supporting multiple product redesigns and re-platforming efforts. Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr What You’ll Do Maintain and evolve design system libraries in Figma Build inclusive, accessible components and document usage best practices Implement brand-aligned design patterns across enterprise product teams Deliver production-ready UI and collaborate with developers on implementation Work cross-functionally within a broader internal design team Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of UX/UI experience in enterprise or agency environments 2–3 years of Figma experience (must include design system work) Skilled in Creating documentation within Figma Strong communication, collaboration, and systems thinking Portfolio showcasing user interface design and design system work Nice-to-Haves Experience with design tokens and publishing ready-to-use assets Ability to craft clean, scalable solutions within a mature design system Background in data visualizations , animation , or usability studies Familiarity with financial services environments (a plus, not a must) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Banking, Financial Services, and Investment Banking Apply now or DM me with your resume and portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
