Position Information This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, temporary position with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2026, with the possibility of reappointment. Designated non-exempt under FLSA, eligible for overtime Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel to away games Work on campus at SDSU in San Diego Department Summary The Department of Athletics at SDSU employs over 150 staff, overseeing 18 sports programs, approximately 550 student-athletes, and 17 departments including Media, Compliance, Development, and more. Education And Experience Knowledge of graphics, still or motion photography, or television production, typically obtained through a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six months of relevant experience. Key Qualifications Experience with DragonFly, DVSport, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Proficiency with video cameras, servers, and networking Preferred: Six years of experience in video production and photography Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel Ability to train temporary staff Experience operating scissor lifts up to 40 feet Strong football knowledge and basic lacrosse knowledge Willingness to travel for meetings Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds Licenses/Certifications Valid California Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days Compensation And Benefits Salary ranges from $3,680 to $6,584/month, with a typical starting salary not exceeding $4,521/month.
