We are seeking a candidate passionate about visual presentation and creating engaging customer experiences. This role involves executing product displays, styling mannequins, and supporting store marketing initiatives in alignment with brand standards and store needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with store leadership to enhance visual merchandising and guest experience. Implement product stories, placement strategies, and store navigation to optimize sales and customer experience. Execute window displays, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes. Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel initiatives. Support team development through feedback and training on visual standards and techniques. Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the store’s location. Reliable transportation to the store location. Minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience. Experience or education in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design, or related fields is preferred. Additional Information: Schedule varies, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move fixtures and mannequins up to 30 lbs, and perform bending, reaching, and ladder work. Compensation & Benefits: Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.16/hour, with a target bonus of $2.00/hour, totaling $23.00 to $26.16/hour.
