The opportunity
The Ecosystem and Collaboration team at Adobe is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping millions of users manage and collaborate on their work, discover new creative workflows, and get the most out of all of their apps and services.
What you’ll do
Work alongside other product designers to establish the future vision for products within the Ecosystem and Collaboration team
Collaborate with other product designers and design managers to explore new visual or interaction patterns for our products
Help establish design standards and principles for how we apply—and extend—our Spectrum design language across our ecosystem
Proactively seek ways to connect visual and experience patterns across products within our ecosystem
What you need to succeed
High-level of proficiency with Figma and Adobe creative tools
A demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional visual and UI design execution
Prior experience in design systems and a track record of solving complex design problems with elegant, intuitive, and performant solutions
Ability to effectively collaborate with other design partners by influence
Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication
Highly organized and self-starter/ownership mentality
Creative and analytical skills to facilitate design workshop and communicate insights and influence partners and leadership

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
